72 hour kit checklist for Teens

We have been putting together basic kits with my girls and I know from my life of camping, fishing and hunting what the basics should be but I am open to suggestions.

What I would really like to get would be a checklist that we could use to put a complete kit together. I want to have a 72 hour kit ready and no more than 10 lbs that I am confindent with but would also like to have a mini kit made for them.
