    The UAF Cooperative Extension is holding a class on making cheese & yogurt on Saturday October 19 from 10 am to 4 pm at the food bank kitchen in Fairbanks. The cost is $30 for supplies and the class will cover making: yogurt, queso fresco, and mozzarella. Call 474-2420 to register and for more info.
