canning help please

    Hoping to get help from the more experienced canners please.

    I made a beef roast in the crook pot with Lipton onion soup mix and a can of crème of mushroom soup ~ can I can this using the sauce or gravy it makes?

    Also can I make Chicken and rice till almost done and can it if using the processing time for the chicken and the beef?
