Cheese making

    How many people make cheese here, other then goat cheese? How do you/they make different types? I would really miss mozzarella, provolone and grading cheese. :drool: Has anyone made these? How do they compare? I haven’t looked around the net for these and I can’t ask them about taste. All of the books in my emergency library, that I am aware of, talk about basic cheese. Not the good stuff like mozzarella, provolone and grading cheese. :drool:
