Eating what you store

    Well, I figured if I’m going to store rice and beans to start with, then I’d better learn how to cook with them. So tonight a pound of red kidney beans went on the stove and they appear edible. For now I just put em in the fridge til I spice them up and add them to other dishes this week. Sazon!
