Fagor Futuro

    Does anyone use a Fagor Futuro or any of their products for canning? If so, can you tell me how the pressurization works on this particular product? I want stainless steel because I’ll be using it to cook in as well and don’t want aluminum. The Fagor is the only stainless steel pressure cooker/canner I can find that doesn’t have a guage or weight. But it only has 2 pressures 8 and 15 I think it is.

    Speaking of weights, how does that work? How do you know when the pressure is up to 10# for example? (not on Fagor, but the Mirro and others)
