Could anyone direct me to a good resource for wild edible plants along the Colorado Front Range, foothills and eastern plains?

With our high and dry climate, it seems that over half of the general wild food books are only good for kindling.

With the expected watering restrictions, are there any recommendations for wild/native plants for food/medicine that could be put into a garden that can get by, or thrive, with twice weekly watering? I’ve gotten my soil prepped with the “Square Foot Gardening” method, just waiting for it to warm up enough to get it planted.

      Thanks

      Tirec.
