Got this recipe from “Survivalist Forum” (http://www.survivalistboards.com/” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false); posted by Tryptamine:

    Roughly 4 cups flour
    Roughly 1 1/2 cup water
1tsp – 3tbs of salt depending on preference
    A dash of olive oil
Any other spices you wanna add

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl making sure that the salt is evenly distributed amongst the flour, adding in spices of your choice. Then add 1 half of the total water and mix with a wooden spoon or rubber mixing spatula thing. Slowly add more water while mixing the dough until the dough is PLIABLE, THICK, NOT DUSTY AND NOT WET TO THE TOUCH. Throw down some flower on your counter and kneed the dough for about 2 minutes until the texture is even throughout the dough. Roll it until about 1 – 2 cm in thickness and cut into rough shapes approximately 1.5in – 3in in overall size, just eyeball it.

Put the dough slabs on a well oiled or greased cookie sheet, poke 4 – 8 holes in each piece with a bamboo skewer making sure the holes actually take (I suggest making the holes by poking the flat end of the skewer into the dough then making a small circle) now sprinkle additional salt or other seasonings on top of them before baking.

BAKE at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes depending on how dark and dry you like em, flip them and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on the other side.

Take them out and put em on a plate, refrigerate promptly and they will solidify very well, they can then be stored in a cabinet or survival food stash, or just make a snack with them, whatever.
