    Hi Friends! I am hoping you can direct me to info I can’t seem to find elsewhere about dehydrating fish bone broth. We are full-time RVers and I make fish bone broth, but storing in jars is a problem with very limited shelf space. I want to dehydrate it, but I end up with quite an oily product that is difficult to grind and of course I worry about shelf life and if it will go rancid. Does anyone have experience with this? Can anyone direct me to a resource on this? Thank you!
