The dept. of agriculture feeds about 50 million Americans through the food stamp program. They are proud of the fact that 50 million Americans are dependent on them.
The dept. of the interior runs the national parks. They request that we not feed the animals. It will make them dependent and they will never learn to take care of themselves.
