One of the members asked for this recipe. I hope you like it as much as we do.

    Loaded Baked Potato Soup Mix

4 cups dehydrated potato flakes – just regular boxed mashed potatoes from the grocery store
    1 cup dry milk
¾ cup dehydrated cheddar cheese powder
    2 Tblspn chicken bullion
    ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
    1 Tblspn black pepper
    1 Tblspn garlic powder
    4 Tblspn dehydrated butter powder
¾ cup dehydrated onion flakes or onion powder to your taste
5 Tblspn dehydrated sour cream powder
3 oz bottle of bacon bits
    ½ cup dehydrated green onion

Mix together thoroughly and store in airtight container. Will store several years without the bacon bits. This makes 36 servings of soup.

To use, mix ½ cup mix and one cup water and simmer for a few minutes. For thinner soup, add more water. This makes one serving.
