It is too cold to play outside.

So we made noodles for soup!

    3 eggs
    3 T milk
    2 C flour (or so)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt

Beat eggs. Add milk & beat together. Combine flour, baking powder, & salt. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture to form a stiff dough. (You may not need to use all of the flour yet.) Turn out on floured surface & knead. Divide dough in two portions. On a floured surface, roll out until thin. Let sit 1 hour. Turn. Let sit 1-2 more hours until dry. [Dry doesn’t mean dry like a bag of noodles; it means dry like fresh pasta in the refrigerated section of the store.] Cut into desired width.
