    Thought that I would start this topic that I am sure is EVERYONE’S favorite. 😆

    Question: Are you overweight? 😯

    My answer: Yup. Way too much.

    Question: Are you doing anything about it? 😳

    My answer: Yup. Been on a proven dietary program since Jan 1. 😀

    Question: Are you in the physical condition that you feel that you should be in, in preparing for when TSHTF/TEOTWAWKI, or even a local emergency happens and services are disrupted?

    My Answer: NO!! 🙁

    Are you doing anything about it? 🙂

    My answer: Yup. Doing mild bodyweight exercises, walking and other cardio work. Have a plan as when my body gets into better condition. I ain’t no spring chicken, but I can and will do what I can, plus. :mrgreen:
