    Physical fitness is a crucial but often-overlooked part of prepping.

    This guide was put together by an Army Ranger / personal trainer and a Doctor / Ironman triathlete, both of whom are preppers.

    It helps average people improve their physical fitness within realistic goals and without crazy diets or exercises. Plus tips on intermittent fasting, overcoming problems from sitting all day, etc.
