I’ve been looking for small, single-serve glass containers that are good for freezing food. I think I found ’em. They have all sizes, but they also have ones that hold about a cup of food. Doesn’t sound like much food, I know, but for me it is perfect for the meat part of a meal.

Each container latches on four sides and has a rubber seal inside. I filled a couple with water and not a single drop leaked out, so it is a pretty tight seal and is advertised as preventing freezer burn. They can be used in the oven or microwave without the plastic lids. The company has different sizes, but my interest was in the smallest.

Glasslock Snapware, available from glasslock.com or Amazon. The best part is the dishes are made in America.
