Warmth in the cold

    You can take a sock and fill it with rice and sew the top shut. This is dry white rice. Put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and you got relief from sore muscles. You can put them in the bottom of the bed or sleeping bag to get your feet good and warm. The rice will hole heat for about an hour. Man, I have put a sock around my neck many a time to loosen up the muscles.
