How to Make Balloon Wine From Welch’s Grape Juice
(NEW LINK, since original post) https://www.ehow.com/how_6339353_make-wine-active-dry-yeast.html
Balloon wine enables novices to prepare homemade wine without purchasing expensive specialty supplies. Making wine out of grape juice requires fermenting the juice with yeast and sugar. A balloon traps the gases produced during the fermentation process. The results of this wine-making technique lack the subtle flavors found in traditionally made wines, but the alcoholic content is usually higher. (See Reference 1)
