To access the General Discussions and News forums you must first join the "Off Topic" Group.
> To join, go to your User Control panel.
> The link is located in the left of the menu bar right under the Portal link. or click here: http://www.americanpreppersnetwork.net/ucp.php
> Once on the user control panel click the tab that says usergroups
> Select the group of your choice
> Scroll to the bottom right hand of the screen
> Click submit
