There is safety in numbers and skill sets. You need to find and join a group that has the same type of personalities and work with them. Might I suggest to start having local meet-ups and state wide meet-ups for three days. It's worked wonders here in NC. My group started small and now is getting pretty big. I've gotten lucky and they have all been good people. We hold classes at almost every meeting.
