Got my Pressure Cooker/ Canner today

Ok so My pressure cooker/canner came today, we went with the 16 quart. Im so nervous starting this :nervous: but I guess practice will make perfect. We mainly want to do meats and veggies so we have backup food, :ninja: hopefully it will all work out well. :thumbup:

Breath deep you can do this, if I can do this anyone anyone can. Remember follow directions and all should be well.

You'll do great. It's lots of fun and satisfying. Keep to the directions and times. Don't rush. Canning process has priority when started (Except if SHTF all around you while processing). Don't process too much variety at first. Keep to a routine with everyone doing their part of the process. Figure when to stop. Don't want to wait for pressure to zero if it's getting close to bed time. Be consistent so if a problem happens it's easier to trouble shoot.

You guys will do fine. Just follow the instructions.

You`ll be fine. Went through the same case of the "willies" when we got our first one, and we dint blow the house up, so neither will you!

Once you get started with it you`ll love it, as they say on the Ronco commercials "Just set it and forget it". It`s really that easy once you get rolling!
