We are in the process of planning our winter campout for the weekend of February 22nd thru 24th. It looks like it will be held at Aiken State Park. Please let me know if you are interested so I can get a head count for the reservation and get anyone that is interested more info.

It might be a good idea for the ones that are planning on going to start looking for wood for a fire . I think that as long as the wood comes from SC it is good to burn.

Is there any truth to the rumor that you are going to be skinny dipping in the Edisto river during the campout?

Hillbluffer , Now you just scared off everyone . To tell the truth , if I go into the Edisto it will be by accident.

I have not found much wood so far. We still have a little over a month , so I had better get going.
On a side note , are we going to bring the food that we will eat , or are we going to have a group meal ? In my opinion with everyones schedule and won't know till the last minute if we will be able to make it or not we could just bring our own meals . What does everyone else say ?

I thought we had already decided that each camper would support their own camp to include groceries. :D
