Prepping/Survival Store

Postby damphir » Wed Mar 20, 2013 5:16 pm

Is anyone here aware of a prepping or survival store in the NE Ohio area? I am ideally looking for something within a 1-2 hour drive at most from the Akron/Canton area.

Thanks for the help,

I believe there is one in Middletown, OH. Not sure what the distance from you is though.

I heard of BATTLE BOY SURPLUS, I think it is in the Cleveland area, and Here in Columbus there is Preppers Discounters on Silver Drive...

Closest might be Ohio Tactical Supply, they are in Willowick OH

There's also "Survival Tactics.net" in the Columbus, OH area (in Reynoldsburg)

The Prepper Discounters that Drissel mentioned -

(yeah it's in a paintball store.)

There is the Pathfinder School's store down in southern Ohio, but I'm pretty sure it's just an internet store -

Outside of these your likely best bet will be military surplus and places like Gander Mountain (which I believe Canton has one)

Any sporting goods store will have alot of useful gear...Just because its not mil-spec or sold as a "prepper" item doesn't mean its not any good just check the quality.
