point to ponder

If when a new president is sworn in and he takes the oath of office which states "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States and will to the best of my ability preserve, protect and defend the constitution of the United States"

Does that mean if he fails to hold to that oath or even outright attacks that which he swore to protect. Should he not be removed from that position for not even being able to do the most basic of duties required

I agree with Handyman.

The pronoun "what" refers to an inanimate object. The pronoun "who" designates a human being.

We are stuck with a "what", obviously.
