Hey all!

Glad to join the site. I have followed prepping topics for a couple of years, currently living in rural Georgia with several dogs and a few chickens. The interest at the moment is gardening since it is now seed starting season! But also like to chit chat about various other prepping related topics plus current events and the like.

Happy to have found the forum!

Thanks. Looks like 90% of the forum is locked so maybe I am not in the right place.

GA has their own group outside of APN. That's why everything here is so old. Come join us on our new site.

Once upon a time there was GPN which was supported by APN, it was pretty strong and most folks stayed over on that site. APN withdrew its support and SE Preppers network was created.

We made the choice to not follow that site and returned to APN. I find better content here but you can possibly hook up with fellow GA Preppers if that is your desire. There was a time we attended meetings, camp outs and such, we have decided to live on our own homestead and spend our time getting to know our community. If the SHTF, this is where we will be, working our place and interacting with those around us.

There's plenty to learn from all resources, I wouldn't give up on this site, as it has much info to offer.
