1 spark or even a glowing red hot wire (wrong gauge wire with to many amps) into the system will cause a explosion.

The hydrogen generated with HHO is not radioactive. The bombs built with hydrogen and the heavy water reactors that generate electricity uses deuterium enriched water which IS radioactive hydrogen. H3, tritium, is still used as an accelerator in warheads to this day.
No need to worry about this green fuel generating any waste...just flyi8ng shrapnel when it goes wrong.

Hydrogen is not radioactive but when its fused together to make helium that's a different story. Same thing that makes the Sun work basically.
