I will post the article below, but everyone can read between the lines as we all know this means Gun Control and a Ban coming to a theater near you. WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama will launch an administration-wide effort Wednesday to create new policies aimed at preventing another mass school shooting. Obama is tasking Vice President Joe Biden with spearheading the process, which is a response to Friday's deadly attack at a Connecticut elementary school. The president will announce the effort from the White House. White House aides say the president is not expected to announce any major policy decisions Wednesday. But the initiative underscores the political urgency the White House feels in the wake of the shooting. Obama aides say Obama is likely to pursue some tightening of gun laws, including a ban on assault-style weapons. He is also likely to seek ways to improve mental health resources and school safety. All the gun manufacturer's need to do is call them "green" weapons and the administration will pay to have them built.
When Obama called for help, the Navy Seals gave him OBL. When the Navy Seals called for help, Obama gave them nothing.

Look what the government did to the Fourth Amendment and Habeus Corpus while We, The People said and did nothing.
Why would that same government not feel emboldened now to go after another part of the Bill of Rights?
May 24, 2012 -The Senate is closer to renewing controversial measures that critics say would allow the emails and phone calls of U.S. citizens to be monitored without a warrant. The Select Committee on Intelligence has voted to extend controversial amendments to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act that were set to expire at the end of this year. We speak with Michelle Richardson of the American Civil Liberties Union, which has sued over the U.S. government's surveillance practices, saying agencies would be able to tap their communications with clients and sources overseas. We're also joined by William Binney, who served in the National Security Agency for nearly 40 years, including a stint as technical director of its World Geopolitical and Military Analysis Reporting Group. Since retiring from the NSA in 2001, Binney has warned that the NSA's data-mining program has become so vast that it could "create an Orwellian state." "This is a continuation of the mindless legislation that our Congress has been putting out just to justify what they've been doing for a decade or more," Binney says. "Instead of living up to their oath of office defend the Constitution, they've decided to violate the civil liberties and the rights of all U.S. citizens." The Senate is also set to vote soon on the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act — a bill opposed by many civil liberties and privacy groups.

How can someone who is so sheltered be in charge of anything ? ( Joe Biden ) he has 24/7 armed security.....is flown or driven everywhere with that security....works in an office that is under every security measure known....and has proven time and time again by his own words that he knows little to nothing about anything......THAT is our problem.....Putting people in place to make changes and they blame pieces of metal and plastic versus the real issue.....let's see how this works out ????? He will probably want to give the Cattle Guards another raise.....

Why would this surprise you? He is the one who introduced the 1994 gun grab. Of course, he did not write it, nor is he writing it this time.
The problem with growing older is that men no longer consider you dangerous. Make no mistake, I prefer peace, but not at the cost of life or liberty. I know the face of my enemy. Even if some deny it, I am tolerant, but not in the face of tyranny. I respect my fellow man but refuse to ignore that some hate me. I am not fearless. I am not afraid to fear. If it is a fight you are looking for, I will give you one…..your last one.

so if they do ban ar 15's ak's etc what do the owners get for compensation when they are forced to turn them in? my rifle cost almost a grand and after adding scope etc customizations for my particular abilities as a shooter is worth about 1500.00 easy will i get a check from obumma for 2000 for compensation so i can buy a "new legal" firearm to protect my children from harm? or should i just bite the bullet and sell it to a local shop now and buy a 1911 45 acp instead?

Biden, sheesh what a prostitute, he will pimp himself himself to any fantasy Obama desires. They most likely have all the conclusions for this investigation all ready to publish before they even start the study

Did anyone else see the video clip that surfaced today of Joe Biden saying he wouldn't let Obama take his guns (apparently he has/had two)? Can't think of where I saw it.
This actually may be a little bit of good news. If Obama were actually serious about tightening gun ownership, surely he wouldn't appoint a buffoon to head it.

Biden has the same attitude most the politicans have, let's make laws for the masses, but these laws do not apply to us in the govt. I'm waiting for the gun-buy-backs to start in mass so I can turn in cheap handguns, get a card for 2-3 times what they are worth and use the profit to buy more .223 and .308 ammo.
Prepare for the worst, hope for the best.
