    DH found some great recipes on this website using our wide variety of whole grains, beans, and rice.     Here is a sample:

    Wheat Berry & White Bean Salad (Using Hard Red Wheat)
    Contributed by Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods


    * 1 Cup cooked Wheat, Hard Red Berries
    * 1 Cup cooked White or Navy Beans
    * 1/2 Cup Green Onion, chopped
    * 1/2 Cup Celery, sliced
    * 1/2 Cup Tomato, diced
    * Vinaigrette Dressing:
    * 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    * 2 Tbsp. Lemon or Lime Juice
    * 2 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
    * 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
    * 1 Tbsp. Honey Mustard
    * 2 Tbsp. Shallot, minced
    * 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
    * 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper (Medium Grind)

    Mix the vinaigrette by combining all the ingredients with a whisk or blender. Add the salad ingredients and mix well. Let chill overnight or for several hours to let the flavors blend. Serve chilled on a bed of leaf lettuce.

    Makes 10 servings.
