    Don’t know if anyone will be interested, but from 1973-1983, the Lebanon, MO High School Journalism class published Bittersweet Magazine. These young people (at the time) interviewed, followed, and learned from some of the old hill people living around the area. They wrote about everything from butchering to building a jon boat, and even making apple cider. Besides the Magazine, there are also two hardcover books they published, which I am privileged to have the entire set.
