CERT, SAR and other training

[infinite apocalypse]

I’m interested in learning SAR and CERT training. However I don’t know where to start. I already have medical training. I’m a registered nurse. However I want to increase my skills set and I can’t seem to find out how to get started.

Also would alot of the stuff I would learn in CERT and SAR be redundant or different than what I already know as a RN?
