Easy Dulce de Leche

    My mother taught me this one, but apparently it’s fairly well known in various forms.

    1. Take a can of sweetened condensed milk and boil it, sealed, in water for a few hours.
    2. Take out the hot can, let it cool, and put it in the fridge to finish cooling.
    3. Crack it open and enjoy the goodness.

    Some folks say to put a hole or two in the can or it will explode. I have never come close to this happening, but your mileage may vary. WARNING: This stuff is sweet, calorific, and addictive!
