    Hi everyone,
    Our local grocery story has London Broil on sale Buy 1 Get 1 free so I bought 2 and got 2. Anyway I am going to try and can some. I have read that you brown the meat until its rare, hot pack it in hot Jars then add boiling water leaving 1 inch head space. Also I have seen some recipes where for each quart you add 1 beef bullion cube. Process the meat at 10 pounds for 90 minutes. Does this sound correct because I have also seen where some people say do NOT add any liquid because the meat will produce its own. So should I add water and bullion cubes or not?
