We have some soybeans and would like to find some ways to make use of them. We have experimented making tofu, roasted, seasoned soybeans, soy milk, and a few other things. Next we are going to try soy flour. Since soybeans are high in protein and oil, it could be a good addition to storage. We have found, though, that they are a lot of work and our results aren’t always worth the trouble. A lot of the information and recipes on the internet are contradictory or don’t work so well. So my question is do any of you have experience preparing and using soybeans? I would love to know what works for you. We will keep experimenting, and I will share our successes if anyone is interested.
