Question about Jerky Making Meat

    Hi everyone,
    I have been making my own Jerky for a while now and I really love to make it out of London Broil. Our local grocery store has them on sale buy 1 get 1 free every 2-3 months or so, so when they do I always by 6 or 8 of them at the time. Anyway, Our grocery store has no had that sale for a while now ans I was wondering if anyone has tried to dehydrate and make jerky out of a corned beef brisket that you see in the meat departments?
