Vegetarian Canning

    Hi all,

    The girlfiend and myself are vegetarians. Post SHTF, that will be a different story.

    My question, if using a meat replacement (seitan, tofu, etc) do we need to alter a meat based recipe at all or know of a good vegetarian canning resource?

    We plan to get our first pressure canner. Any recommandnations on brands or ones to avoid?
